| 摘 要： | 新的《普通高等学校学生管理制度规定》确立了学生申诉制度。建立高校学生申诉制度是现代高校管理制度的必然选择,是促进和完善高校管理人性化、制度化和民主化建设的重要途径。这项制度的建立健全,对高校教育管理产生了积极的影响:有利于提高学生综合素质,规范教师职业道德,促进良好校风的建设;有利于完善学校规章制度,提高学校管理的民主化、法制化水平;有利于便捷有效地解决纠纷,减少司法诉讼对学校带来的负面影响。
