| 摘 要： | 中国成为WTO的正式成员后，将逐步开放金融市场。外资银行的进入必奖对中国银行业产生巨大影响。中国银行业应制定正确的人才战略，培养高素质人才群体，建立有利于人才充分发挥作用的激励机制，才能在变革中保持良性发展。

| Abstract: | After becoming a member of WTO,we 'll open our financial market.Foreign banks entering will influence Chinese banking greatly.So we must make up the correct talented strategy for bringing up the talents of higher quality and build up encouraging mechanism so as to bring the effective mechanism of talents into full play.In this way we can keep the development steadily in the changing world. |
