| Abstract: | Whether one would share his knowledge depends on the intent or motivation of knowledge sharing.The theory of planned behavior elaborately explains the factors which affect the sharing intent.The different elements of organizational social capital influence individual's intent of knowledge sharing by influencing the attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control. |
