| 摘 要： | 企业一般从风险和效益两个方面来评价技术创新项目，分析了企业技术创新项目的风险因素和效益因素，并在此基础上设置了评价指标体系，建立了模糊评判模型，提出了技术创新项目选择定量化评价方法，为企业技术创新决策提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Usually enterprises appraise the technological innovation project according to the risk and the benefit. This paper analyzes risks and benefits for enterprise technological innovation projects.Base on the analysis,it presents an index system of risk evaluation and an index system of benefit evaluation for technological innovation projects.It then establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,presents a quantitative appraisal method of technological innovation project selection,and provides a guide for enterprises to make decisions in technological innovation. |
