| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析法（DEA）结合Malmquist指数对我国2000-2010年的出口效率进行测度.我国出口效率的实证研究表明,各地区技术进步显著,并且比较均衡,技术进步对出口效率的提高有着非常重要的作用,全要素生产率的提高主要由技术进步所致.出口的规模效率普遍偏低,但同时几乎所有的地区都处在规模报酬递增阶段.这说明,在对外贸易发展的过程中,伴随着出口贸易规模的不断扩大,更加应该注意优化资源配置,注重资源的节约和有效利用,调整贸易结构,提高管理水平,促进对外贸易可持续发展.

| Abstract: | This paper uses DEA analysis combined with Malmquist index to study export efficiency of different prov- inces in China. The result shows, the progress of technology, which plays a very important role in enhancing export efficiency, is prominent and balanced in different regions. The total factor productivity is mainly caused by the progress of technology. However, the scale efficiency of export is generally low, but at the same time, almost all the regions are in the stage of increasing returns to scale. These suggest that, with the constant expansion of the export trade in the development of foreign trade, more attention should he paid to to optimize the allocation of resources. We should focus on the conservation and efficient use of resources, adjust the trade structure, improve the manage- ment level, and promote the sustainable development of foreign trade. |
