企业实施知识管理的误区和对策

摘    要:知识管理是中国企业在知识经济时代的必然选择。从知识与信息的概念入手,剖析知识与信息,知识管理与信息管理的关系,指出知识管理不是信息管理,其核心是人力资源管理,其内容是知识资本,其关键是知识创新。实施知识管理,要积极促进知识共享机制的形成,设立CKO职位,创建知识创新的激励机制。

Abstract:Knowledge management is a certain choice of Chinese enterprises in the age of knowledge economy. This paper proceeds with concept of knowledge and information, analyzes relation between knowledge management and information management, points out that it is not information management, its core is human resources management, its substance is intellectual capital, and its crux is knowledge innovation. To enforce it, a mechanism of knowledge-sharing is to be formed, CKO is to be set up, and an encouraging system for innovation is to be established.
