| 摘 要： | 分析了四川省工业技术发展与技术创新的现状。在此基础上，就技术创新对工业发展的重要作用，从促进工业内部结构的优化升级和增强工业企业核心竞争力两方面进行了论述，指出技术创新对于转变工业经济增长方式、改善工业经济内部结构和推动产业升级具有不可替代的作用，并分析了技术创新增强企业核心竞争力的机制。最后，提出了营造适于技术创新的政策环境、选择适当的技术创新策略、开展技术创新能力评价工作等方面的建议。

| Abstract: | The situation of industrial technique development and technique innovation in Sichuan Province is analyzed in this paper. On that basis, this paper analyses the important role technique innovation plays in industrial development as enforcing upgrade of internal structure and strengthening core competence of industrial enterprises. This paper also puts forward that technique innovation plays its own role that can not be replaced during the course of changing the type of growth of industrial economics, improving internal structure of industry and upgrading of industry. The author then analyzes the organism of technique innovation enhancing core competence of enterprises. At last, the author gives some advice to the local government, such as producing policy environment, selecting proper strategy in technique innovation and evaluating the capability of technique innovation. |
