| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国村镇银行发起人逐渐向多元化发展,但其主发起人性质仍较为单一.单一的主发起人性质对村镇银行的影响作为研究村镇银行可持续发展的关键方面,突显出其日益重要的研究价值.以浙江省某辖区的4家村镇银行为研究对象,通过对国有商业银行、城市商业银行、农村商业银行分别作为村镇银行主发起人对村镇银行影响的实证分析和差异性比较,得出主发起人的控股地位、银行性质、经营理念等方面不同会对村镇银行的人员结构、经营管理、支农效果产生不同的影响,并且认为村镇银行的支农行为与其商业性不存在矛盾.最后,在此次研究的基础上,提出了进一步完善我国村镇银行主发起人制度的相关建议,以求推动我国村镇银行进一步健康持续发展.

| Abstract: | At the present stage, our village Bank sponsors have diversified gradually, but its primary sponsor remains single. As the key aspect of sustainable development of the village Bank, the main sponsor has highlighted its increasingly importance to the research value. In this research, the 4 village banks from the same area in Zhejiang province were chosen as the study objects. By analyzing and comparing the effects of taking the state commercial bank, city commercial bank, and rural commercial bank respectively as the main sponsor of the village bank, we found that different levels of control, natures of the bank, and business concepts of the main sponsors will have different effects on human resource allocation, management, and the level of support to agricultural development of the viliage bank. The conclusion is that the village bank＇ s supporting behavior to agricultural development doesn＇ t conflict or have any contradiction with its commercial character. Finally, on the basis of this study, we provided some suggestions of improving the further development of the primary sponsor system of the village Bank, so as to promote its healthy and sustainable development in the future. |
