| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on the analysis of the development of business incubators in Heilongjiang province.Factor analysis and cluster analysis were applied in this thesis to generally evaluate the developing position of the business incubators of science and technology enterprise in Heilongjiang province.The result shows that the business incubators of science and technology enterprise in Heilongjiang province perform a weak strength. |
