| 摘 要： | 在当前经济环境下,保持房地产价格在合理范围内变动,促进我国房地产业健康发展和国民经济的稳定运行具有重要的现实意义。运用层次分析法建立＂我国房地产价格的主要影响因素＂分析结构图,研究表明房地产相关环节税收、存贷款利率、房地产土地供应量,相关规划和计划是影响房地产价格的主要因素,以期为政府有关部门制定相关政策提供建议。
