摘    要:员工绩效评价是企业管理者与员工之间沟通的一项重要活动,对人力资源管理具有重要的实际作用。针对目前我国大多数企业建立的员工绩效评价制度都不能全面反映员工绩效的真实水平问题,在建立了基于未确知测度的企业员工绩效评价模型的基础上,将定性与定量指标结合起来评价员工绩效,最后以评价销售人员绩效为例进行了分析说明。

Abstract:The employees'performances appraisal is an important activity of the communication between managers and employees and it can play an actual part in human resources management.Currently,the majority of our country's enterprises have established employees'performances appraisal system,but it can not fully reflect the true level of employees'performances.The paper establishes the appraisal model of the employees' performances based on the unascertained measure,to appraise employees'performances combining qualitative and quantitative indicators.At last,we take the appraisal of salesmen'performances as an example to analyze and explain.
