| Abstract: | This paper is structured from the effect of young teachers＇ research and innovtion ability on the improvement of education level in universities. The necessity to improve the young teachers＇s research and innovation ability is analyzed, and young teachers＇ main trouble during the research activities is also raised and analyzed. In conclusiton,the method of how to improve the young teachers＇ research and innovation ability is put forward and proved. |
