摘    要:为加快推进二级办学体制建设,体现岗位绩效和分级分类管理,推进薪酬体系改革,通过科学界定高校薪酬模式,对现行教师薪酬模式的现状进行剖析,归纳激励型薪酬模式设计的基本原则等方法,提出高校激励型薪酬基本思路及做法,以及高校教师的薪酬构成,分析高校教师薪酬管理中存在的特殊问题以及组织对其实施的监督检查。
