| 摘 要： | 通过对现行的人民币汇率制度的缺陷进行了分析,对克鲁格曼模型进行了分层改造,并设监控指标,从而使汇率目标区重现生机.进而认为在今后很长一段时间内,汇率目标区双层监控模型将是人民币汇率制度合意的选择,汇率目标区制度的设计符合中国金融市场渐进式的开放路径,并提出人民币汇率制度改革的相应配套政策措施。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the defects of RMB exchange rate system,reforms some existing models,and designs supervising index,thus reviving the exchange rate target zone.The author thinks that in the near and far future the double-check model of exchange rate target zone will be a desirable choice of RMB exchange rate system and that the design of exchange rate target zone conforms to China's financial market.The author also presents some countermeasures for RMB exchange rate system. |
