| 摘 要： | 一卡通联盟是旅游景区集团化发展的路径模式,是实现企业可持续发展和旅游产业化的重要渠道.通过对一卡通联盟组建及其运营过程的研究,指出战略伙伴的选择、关系资本的建立和利益分配是影响联盟不稳定性的主要因素,并提出相应的对策.
