| 摘 要： | 在详细地介绍了国外发达国家高等院校科技成果转化机制的基础上，对照从高校和社会两个方面分析了制约我国高校科技成果转化机制的制约因素，从而得出了我国高校科技成果转化率较低的最根本的原因还是体制僵化、机制不活。因此，从创新体制和机制人手提出了相应的加大高校科技成果转化力度的改革思路和建议。

| Abstract: | This text introduces college technology result convert mechanism of foreign developed countries, after comparing college with society, it analyzes the factor that restricts the college technology result convert mechanism system in our country, and comes to the conclusion that the conversion rate of college technology result of our country is low, and that is a deadlock system and an invariable mechanism. Therefore, out of the aspects of innovating the system and mechanism, this text put forward an innovated idea and a suggestion that enlarge college technology result conversion. |
