| 摘 要： | 基于区域科技创新主体概念的分析,旨在促使各方重视区域各主体作用的发挥,发挥科技创新对区域经济社会发展的影响力。关于科技创新的相关研究,大多把研究的视角聚焦于共性的内容方面,对科技创新个性层面的探讨不足,同时更缺乏主体维度的相关研究。针对这种状况,以逻辑分析推理的形式,共性与个性结合指出科技创新是人的特有属性,是现实的人的一种高级的活动形式,是人的自觉能动性的突出表现。区域科技创新的主体即政府、高校、企业、科研院所等能力的培养与开发是提升区域科技创新能力关键。

| Abstract: | Based on the conception of regional subjects of science and technology innovation,the aim of this article is to draw attention to these subjects,and to leverage science and technology innovation on regional economy and society.Most reserches focus on common aspects and shine light of individuality,and also lack research which is relevant to subject dimensions about science and technology innovation.For the current situation,this article points out,by logical analysis and integration of common and individual aspects,that science and technology innovation is a special property and a superior form of activities of human being,and the outstanding expression of man’s conscious dynamic role.The cultivation of subjects,such as governments,universities,enterprises and research institutes,is the key to enhance the ability of science and technology innovation. |
