| 摘 要： | 随着陆地资源的不断匮乏,海洋经济越来越受到重视。对我国海洋经济的发展现状进行简要分析的基础上,选取若干评价指标,利用TOPSIS法对我国沿海11个省份海洋经济竞争力进行综合评价,并对近年来各地区海洋经济竞争力的演变进行分析,发现山东和江苏是海洋经济竞争力提升最为活跃的地区。然后利用面板数据,将评价值作为因变量,评价指标作为自变量进行回归,得出各指标的模拟权重,并对评价的单调性进行检验。结果表明,海洋第三产业值的权重最大,其次是海洋第一产业值,再次是海洋第二产业值和海洋经济比重,两者权重相当,海洋第三产业比重的权重最小,所有指标对评价值而言都是单调递增的,评价的单调性良好。

| Abstract: | With the land resources are constantly decreasing,more and more people pay attention to the marine economy.On the basis of briefly analysis of China’s marine economical development,The paper selects some evaluation indexes—using TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the marine economical competitiveness of the 11 coastal provinces,and analyzing the evolution of regional marine economic competitiveness in recent years.It is found that the marine economical competitiveness in Shandong and Jiangsu is the most active.Finally,the paper takes the evaluation value as the dependent variable and the index as a variable regression,using a panel data to obtain simulation weight of the index and to inspect the monotonicity of evaluation.The results show that the weight of marine third industry value is the most;the second is the marine first industry value;the third is the marine second industry value and marine economical proportion;the last is the proportion of marine third industry value.The entire index as to the value is monotonous increasing,and the evaluation monotonicity is good. |
