| 摘 要： | 基于DEA非参数CRS与VRS模型,并利用超级排序和分级评价模型分析新疆市级政府生产效率的相对有效性。实证结果显示,大部分新疆市级政府生产率都不是有效的,南、北疆效率差异显著。因此,各城市效率都有提升的空间,尤其提高南疆市级政府的有效性刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | This paper uses the CRS and VRS model of nonparametric DEA technique,and super efficiency ranking to assess the relative efficiency of the municipal government productivity of xinjiang.It is found that most of the municipal government productivity does not attain efficiency,and the difference of north and south of Xinjiang is significant.So there is space for improving efficientcy,and it is especially necessary to improve the efficiency of south municipal government productivity. |
