| 摘 要： | 基于熵权理论，利用我国上市公司相关数据，对公司内部治理结构和自愿性信息披露程度关系进行实证研究。根据计算结果，判断出公司治理各要素对中国上市公司自愿披露水平的影响程度，从而揭示出公司治理状况对上市公司自愿性信息披露水平的内生约束机制，为提高中国上市公司的自愿性信息披露质量提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on entropy theory,the paper studies the relationship between the elements of corporate governance and the level of voluntary disclosure through the data of Chinese listed companies.From the above analysis,the impacts of the elements of corporate governance imposing on the voluntary information disclosure are estimated.Thus the endogenetic mechanism between them is exposed.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy advice to improve the level of voluntary disclosure in Chinese listed companies. |
