| 摘 要： | 股权结构和融资结构都是完善公司治理的重要囚素。通过对中国医药行业上市公司的股权结构和融资结构的实证研究，揭示了医药行业股权结构和融资结构对公司治理机制的作用方式，从而对中国医药行业合理安排股权结构和融资结构提出构想。

| Abstract: | Both ownership structure and financial structure are the important equations to perfect corporate governance.Through the demonstration research on the ownership structure and financial structure of medicinal list companies of China,this paper showed how ownership structure and financial structure in the medicinal industry affect the corporate governance,and gave a proposition how to build a reasonal ownership structure and financial structure in medicinal industry of China. |
