| Abstract: | By means of learning successful experiences of domestic and overseas institution of scientific research to be run as the corporation,the sci-tech corporation becomes a corporation of sci-tech model after institution of scientific research carried out management system transformation to be run as corporation in our country,and the existent and developing measures are perfected on the aspects of developmental strategy,innovation of technology,resource of human being,marketing consciouness,system of modern corporation and so on. |
