| 摘 要： | 由于资源型城市是依托资源的开发而形成和发展的，对资源产业的深度依赖，造成城市在发展中存在政企不分、结构单一、环境污染严重等问题。针对上述问题，主要从体制改革，产业结构由单一化向多元化转变，吸收资金、技术、人才，创建优良环境，加强区际联系等方面提出进行产业结构调整的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Because the resource type city depends on exploitation of resource and depends on resource deeply, a lot of problems arise, such as the power between government and corporation is not clear. The structure is single. The capital, technology and manpower are all limited. The pollution is serious. To deal with those problems, the paper gives some advice to industrial structure adjustment, such as reforming the system, changing the single structure to many, absorbing capital, technology and manpower, and creating finer environment. |
