| 摘 要： | 在中国加入WTO的新形势下，科技型中小企业将成为国民经济发展的一个重要支撑点。在现实的社会中，资金的匮乏已经成为制约中国科技型中小企业发展的瓶颈，如何认识和分析产生这一问题的深层原因，对解决这一问题无疑具有十分重要的现实意义。在借鉴发达的美国市场主导型企业融资经验的基础上，分析了制约中国科技型中小企业融资的深层原因。

| Abstract: | Small and medium enterprises related to science and technology will play a more important part in the development of the national economy after China's entry into the WTO.But it is very difficult for these enterprises to get start-up capital.Capital is the blood of modern enterprises.Any enterprises can't run normally without capital.Now,lack of capital is the main restriction facing small and medium enterprises related to science and technology.Understanding the reasons behind this lack of capital can help us solve the problem.Drawing from the American model for obtaining capital,this thesis analyses the deeper reasons of the challenge faced by China's small and medium enterprises related to science and technology when raising capital. |
