| 摘 要： | 在企业管理中,为了实现企业的经营目标,如何有效地激发企业员工的积极性和创造性,已成为现代企业人力资源管理的核心.通过研究我国企业激励模式存在的主要问题,提出环境激励这个新型概念来构建环境激励模式并采用模糊综合评价法对其有效性进行评价,为能充分调动员工的积极性提供了一种思路.
