| 摘 要： | 城市圈以其强大的聚集力加速了区域经济的迅速发展，这种聚集经济会产生正负两方面的外部性，如何消除负的外部性并增强正外部性是城市圈健康迅速发展的关键。武汉城市圈在我国中部崛起战略中起着至关重要的作用，通过对武汉城市圈经济发展进行实证分析，深入分析其正负外部性产生原因，并得出如何将武汉城市圈聚集经济负外部性内化的办法。
