| 摘 要： | 借用CMM的基本理念，结合企业节能减排管理的现状，提出了企业节能减排能力成熟度模型（ESER—CMM），阐述了ESER-CMM模型5个等级的含义、关键过程，从而为企业节能减排能力等级评价提供依据，促进企业节能减排管理能力的有效提升，最终实现企业节能减排目标。 |
