生产系统瓶颈缓冲建模研究

摘    要:瓶颈缓冲是生产系统运行的重要参数。基于在制品库存成本、平均故障间隔时间,平均维修时间建立了瓶颈缓冲的基本模型;并针对实际生产系统中单机工序、多机工序并存的情况,面向度最小的工序,考虑该两类工序的故障时其后工序的在制品,对瓶颈缓冲的基本模型进行了修正;最后用生产周期的方差与均值的比值研究了其他生产波动因素对缓冲的影响。本文研究考虑了生产系统的实际情况,所得的瓶颈缓冲量更加精确。

Abstract:Bottleneck buffer is one of the major parameters of production system. Primarily, the basic model of bottleneck buffer is established based on the WIP inventory costs, MTBF and MTTR in this paper. In addition, for the existence of working procedure with one machine or more in the actual production system and the minimum reliability process, the basic model of bottleneck buffer is revised considering the WIP after breakdown process. Finally, we use the ratio of the production cycle variance with the mean to analyze the effect on buffering with other production fluctuations. In short, the bottleneck buffer quantity calculated from the research is more accurate which has taken the actual situation of the production system into consideration.
