| 摘 要： | 海洋经济人才发展已成为宁波市＂十二五＂时期重要的战略任务,时代对海洋人才队伍建设从专业背景、层次结构与分布领域等方面提出了新的要求。目前宁波市的海洋人才发展在目标定位、研究机构层次、人才布局等方面依然存在若干问题,需从加强院、校、所建设和优化人才政策体系两方面加以改善。

| Abstract: | The development of marine economic personnel has become an important strategic task in the 12＇h fiveyear plan for Ningbo. The development requirement of the marine economy for Ningbo has been mainly focused in this paper. The main problems which were the targeting, the research institutes level and the distribution for the development of marine personnel was analyzed. And the new requirements for the personnel which include the professional background, the level and structure, and the distribution of the field were discussed, in order to satisfy the development of the core demonstration region of the marine economy. At last, two countermeasures were proposed, which were the strengthen of universities, colleges, institutes and the optimization of personnel policies. |
