摘    要:随着人力资源开发与管理理论与实践的不断发展和演进,高校人力资源开发与管理也在不断发展和创新。为了做好高校教师人力资源开发与管理,必须做好高校教师任用、培训、激励、完善管理机制和加强校园文化建设等几个方面。21世纪伴随知识经济的到来,高校人力资源开发与管理亦呈现出诸多新的特征和发展趋势。采用文献检索和访谈的方式进行调查研究,对相关概念进行解读,并阐述存在的现实问题,针对高校人力资源开发与管理存在的现实问题,从6个方面探索全新的管理模式。

New exploration on human resources development and management of the university teachers

Abstract:Along with the development and evolution on development and management of human resources, as an important part in the field, human resources development and management of the university teachers is also in con- stant innovation and development. In order to complete human resources development and management of the uni- versity teachers well, we must prepare well for some aspects such as college teacher training, inspiration, improving the management system and enhancing campus cultural construction. Accompanying the arrival of 21st century in- tellectual economy, many features of knowledge economy determines many new features and trend of human re- sources development and management of the university teachers. This article interprets related concepts and ex- plains the problem of the reality by the way of literature retrieval and the interview, and from six aspects to explore new management mode aiming at realistic problems of the human resources development and management of colleges and universities.
