| Abstract: | The paper makes a systematic analysis of the formation and operation of MPP from the point of market economy and competitive advantage theories,and thinks that relying on the MPP characteristics operational mechanism is useful to enter international market and break technology barrier,and it is an inevitable selection for Chinese High-tech firms to meet the challenges and opportunities in this knowledge economy era. |
