摘    要:为了解决高新技术企业初创期组织学习的文化氛围难以形成,组织学习的平台不够完善的困境,通过分析高新技术企业的特点并结合企业创业阶段所面临的特殊情境,采取持续调整的渐进性组织学习策略,建立了高新技术企业初创期组织学习的机制模型,以促进高新技术企业成长壮大并获得可持续发展的核心竞争力.
