| Abstract: | The paper firstly analyses the current conditions of risks management of the science and technology SMEs. Then it puts forward the four main risks of technological innovation. Finally, it suggests that the science and technology SMEs should depend on themselves mainly and make full use of external power to avert risks of technological innovation. |
