| 摘 要： | 信息化是中小企业迎接新经济的挑战，提高企业运作效率、降低经营管理成本、把握新的商业机会的必由之路。但传统的投资决策方法无法根据信息化投资的特点来把握好投资的时机、方向、重点和结构。通过比较分析，认为实物期权方法作为一种动态评估方法，更能适应中小企业信息化投资特点。运用实物期权方法对中小企业信息化投资决策进行分析，可以突破传统决策分析方法的束缚，大大降低投资风险，增强投资的科学性。

| Abstract: | Infoarmationization is the final and only way for SMEs to meet the challenges of the new economy, improve enterprise efficiency,reduce management costs,and seize new business opportunities. However,the traditional methods of investment decision-making can not be effectively to have a good grasp of the investment opportunity,direction,focus and structure,based on the characteristics of information technology investment.This paper,through a comparative analysis,argues that physical options,as a dynamic evaluative method,can hold for information-friendly investment of SMEs,and that applying this method to the decision-making analysis for information-friendly investment of SMEs can break through the bondage of traditional decision-making analysis so that investment risk can be greatly reduced and scientific investment increased. |
