| 摘 要： | 一个企业在导入ERP的过程中，不可避免地会遇到用户化或二次开发的问题，这种状况主要是由于ERP的功能无法与公司的特殊需求相吻合，因此导入ERP系统后的用户化和二次开发具有重要的意义。介绍了ERP软件的客户化与二次开发的必要性及涵义，对ERP软件的客户化与二次开发所能解决的主要问题进行了分析，并阐述了二次开发工作中的管理重点。
