| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省有较好的工业体系，为发展产业集群战略提供了一种可能。首先介绍了黑龙江省高新技术产业发展的现状；然后通过SWOT方法，对黑龙江省高新技术产业发展过程中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素进行了分析；最后得出产业集群战略是推动黑龙江省高新技术产业发展的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang Province has a better industry system,which supplies a possibility to develop industrial cluster strategy.This paper introduces the current development of high-tech industries in Heilongjiang Province,makes a detailed factor analysis of strengths weaknesses,opportunities and threats for the development of high-tech industries in Heilongjiang Province with the method of SWOT,and puts forward that industrial cluster strategy is an effective solution to promoting the development of high-tech industries in Heilongjiang Province. |
