| Abstract: | In this paper,according to the problem of knowledge acquisition bottle-neck in enterprise knowledge management(KM) field,the cause are deeply analyzed.Then,by knowledge-oriented method,the knowledge source of enterprise knowledge management system(KMS) is constructed and defined.As the main body of the paper,some knowledge acquisition strategies and measures based on integration point of view are discussed and conceived.All the work is hoped to be helpful for enterprise knowledge acquisition in KM. |
