摘    要:目的/意义]旨在为基于网络舆情快速评估自然灾害影响程度提供参考,以提高自然灾害影响评估效率。方法/过程]以全国范围内各地的雾霾空气污染事件为例,采用空气质量指数代替雾霾影响程度,通过爬取新浪微博平台上的博文条数获得雾霾话题的网络博文热度数据,并进行标准化,将自然灾害的影响程度与网络舆情热度联系起来,探究二者之间在时间与空间上的相关性。结果/结论]指出自然灾害的影响程度与网络舆情热度在时间和空间两个方面存在相关性,并且相关性随着自然灾害强度的增加而增加,并为政府部门实现以网络舆情为基础对自然灾害影响的评估提出优化建议。

Abstract:Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for rapid assessment of the impact of natural disasters based on network public opinion so as to improve the efficiency of natural disaster impact assessment.Method/process]The paper takes the“haze”air pollution events in various parts of the country as example uses AQI(Air Quality Index)to replace the impact of haze obtains the heat data of“haze”topics through crawling the number of web blog entries on Sina Weibo platform and standardizes them and connects the impact of natural disasters to the heat of network public opinion so as to explore the correlation between them in time and space.Result/conclusion]It points out that the impact of natural disasters is correlated with the heat of network public opinion in both time and space and the correlation increases with the increase of the natural disaster intensity.And it also puts forward optimization suggestions for government departments to realize the evaluation of the impact of natural disasters based on network public opinion.
