| Abstract: | The paper surveys related documents published in major academic journals in China since 2004, summarizes study progress of RFID-based library management and service transfromation in China, from the aspects of library collections management, organizational structure, business process restructuring and service transitions, human resources optimization and the prospects of the transformation. |
