| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在发挥科研数据的潜在开发利用价值。方法/过程]归纳、分析了构建和影响科研数据管理与服务的关键因素。结果/结论]提出区域高校图书馆联盟科研数据管理与服务,需建立“委员会+会员制”组织管理机制,争取长期、稳定的资金来源,制定科研数据管理政策,制定教育培训考核计划,提升数据馆员科研数据素养,构建区域一体化科研数据管理平台等策略。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to give full play to potential value of scientific research data.Method/process]The paper summarizes and analyzes the key factors which construct and influence the scientific data management and service.Result/conclusion]The paper proposes that scientific data management and service in the regional university library alliance should establish the“Committee+Membership”organization,strive for long-term and stable source of funds,formulate scientific data management policy and education and training assessment plan,improve data librarian's scientific data literacy,construct a regional integrated scientific data management platform and so on. |
