| 摘 要： | 针对目前浙江水利水电学院图书馆短信系统单向服务、功能单一、不能与图书馆其它业务系统有效结合等问题，重新构建了基于Struts的图书馆短信平台系统，并阐述了该系统的特点与设计思路以及主要功能模块的设计与实现。

| Abstract: | In view of existing problems in Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power Library＇s SMS system such as one-way service, single function, and no effective combination with other business system, the paper builds Struts-based library SMS platform, and elaborates the features and design idea of this system, and design and implementation of major functional modules of the system. |
