| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在为完善我国论文交流系统提供参考。方法/过程]探讨近30年来论文交流系统的发展情况,利用评议速度、评议质量、作弊难度、篇均成本、访问自由度、发表自由与平等性、单篇评价等7个评价指标对9种论文交流系统的性能表现进行评价。结果/结论]不同论文交流系统在7个评价指标上的表现不同,综合比较,在线评级平台(自组织评议模式)排第一,F1000 Research排第二。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving paper publication system in China. Method/process] The paper discusses the development of paper publication system in recent 30 years,evaluates the performance of nine paper publication systems with seven indexes,such as speed evaluation,quality evaluation,cheating difficulty,average cost,access freedom,publishing freedom and equality,single article evaluation. Result/conclusion] The performance of different paper publication systems is different on seven evaluation indexes;by comprehensive comparison,online rating platform( self-organized evaluation mode) ranks first,while F1000 Research ranks second. |
