| 摘 要： | 基于女性企业家对全球经济增长做出的贡献，越来越多的学者对女性创业者的人格特征如何塑造组织绩效表现出浓厚兴趣。本文基于人格理论、TIMMONS创业三要素理论以及创业者性别刻板印象相关研究，利用316家中国女性新创企业的调研数据进行实证研究，结果表明：女性创业者的自恋人格与新创企业绩效之间呈倒U型关系，同时女性创业者的政治关联和创业激情正向调节自恋人格与新创企业绩效之间的非线性关系，即当女性创业者的政治关联越强，创业激情越高，女性创业者的自恋人格与新创企业绩效的倒U型关系会得到显著的强化。本研究通过关注女性创业过程研究中的人格理论以及反性别刻板印象行为深化和拓展了女性创业理论研究。

| Abstract: | Based on the related domestic and foreign research, using the questionnaire survey data of 316 female tech-entrepreneurs in China, the study finds that relationship of female tech-entrepreneurial narcissism and entrepreneurial performance is inverted u-shaped, while external political connections and internal entrepreneurial passion positively moderating this relationship. When the external political connections of female entrepreneurs are stronger and the internal entrepreneurial passion is higher, the inverted u-shaped relationship between narcissism of female tech-entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial performance will be significantly improved. This study focuses on personality theory and anti-gender stereotype behavior in the study of female entrepreneurship, thus deepening and expanding the study of female entrepreneurship theory. |
