| 摘 要： | 现有文献对企业之间合作R&D动机的研究,主要集中在三个方面一是和技术特征相关,二是和研发自身相关,三是和市场开拓相关.对于信息产业而言,行业的特殊性决定了其合作R&D动机的复杂性.在此,提出了一个分析该行业企业合作R&D动机的全新视角,并分别用模型和实证的方法加以论证.最后就我国企业如何参与国外企业的技术标准制定作了一些讨论.

| Abstract: | The motives for cooperative R&D analyzed in the current literature mainly lie in three aspects:motives related to the properties of technology,motives related to the process of R&D,and motives related to the conditions of market. But information and electronics industry has its own particularity. It puts forward a new angle to study the motives of cooperative R&D and demonstrates it through a model and an example. The new angle is focused on inter-enterprise cooperative R&D which is to realize the compatibility and linkage of different products. |
