| 摘 要： | 中国的投资银行正面临着从分业经营向混业经营的回归，这是一个循序渐进的长期发展过程。投资银行的发展模式和竞争战略必须要循时因势地进行创新调整。根据中国的市场演进制定创新发展战略是提高中国投资银行竞争力的必由之路，并依此提出大型专业化模式、金融控股公司模式、战略联盟模式和专业化经纪商模式四种创新发展战略。

| Abstract: | Chinese investment banks are facing the challenge of transition from specialized business to diversified business,which is a long-term process and should be developed in a proper sequence. Investment banks must adjust the competitive strategies in accordance with the market situations so as to improve their competitiveness. Four strategic business models are proposed in this paper,i.e. Large-scale Investment Bank,Financial Holding Group,Strategic Alliance,and Specialized Broker Firm. |
