| 摘 要： | 技术创新中存在着路径依赖已得到国内外创新研究者的一致认可,但一般认为路径依赖会使企业的技术发展“锁定”于某种次优技术状态,并会对某种根本性的技术创新的出现“无动于衷”。但通过将路径依赖融入技术轨道理论,提出了路径依赖也可以促进企业技术创新的发展;在此基础上,提出顺沿技术轨道的创新(即顺轨创新)可以帮助企业获取可持续竞争优势。

| Abstract: | Researchers on innovation all agree that there is path dependent in technological innovation. But in most cases,path dependence makes firms' technologies "lock in" some states which are not the best,and makes little answers to some radical innovations. This paper explains that path dependence can also facilitate innovation by combining path dependence and technological trajectories. Based on this theory,this paper also explores that firms can obtain sustainable competitive advantage through innovation along firms' technological trajectories. |
