| 摘 要： | 依据企业进入成本的阀值，给出研发合作条件下后进入企业的进入成本模型．将后进入企业分为知识技能型与非知识技能型企业，针对不同类型的企业，讨论合作研发条件下的各项进入成本及总合，以此判断企业进入的技术机会．

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing threshold value of enterprise's entering cost,it introduces the cost model for enterprise' entrance into R&D cooperation.The enterprises that want to enter the market are classified into two groups,one with knowledge and skills,and another without knowledge and skills.For the different group of enterprises and their R&D cooperation,it discusses the concrete entering costs and their summation,to judge the technological opportunities for entering. |
