| 摘 要： | 在分析人员流动中知识产权流失的基础上，提出了三条行之有效的保护措施：（1）强化专利意识是防止人员流动造成知识产权流失的“矛与盾”；（2）提倡竞业精神是防止由人员流动带走商业秘密的重要措施；（3）主动诉讼，寻求司法保护。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the lost of intelligent property right in personnel flowage,it puts forward three effective protection measures:1) strengthen the sense of patent is an important tool for preventing the lost of intelligent property right from the personnel flowage;2) advocate push and go spirit is an important measure for preventing lost of commercial secret from the personnel flowage;3) take active action on lawsuit and look for law protection. |
