| 摘 要： | 结合几个课题组对高校科技成果转化情况调研，认为目前我国高校科技成果转化过程中主要有四类阻滞因素：高校系统内部有效供给不足，企业的有效需求不足，机制不健全，体制不适应。提出了促进高校科技成果转化的几条对策：校企充分合作，政府大力支持，市场有效参与。

| Abstract: | According to the investigation about the S&.T achievements transformation in universities and colleges ,made by others ,it points out 4 barriers in the transformation of S&T achievements universities' supplying enterprises' requirements,running mechanism and S&T system. On the basis of the analysis, and suggests 3 measures to deal with th barriers : fully cooperation beteen universities and enterprises ,vigorous support of the government effective market participation. |
