| 摘 要： | 研究探讨知识传导—动态能力→企业成长的逻辑关系，知识传导促进资源→业务流程→惯例→能力→核心能力的演化和能力从吸收能力→转移能力→整合能力→创新能力的动态演化，研究认为动态能力是企业成长的动因，而知识传导通过动态能力间接作用企业成长．企业成长体现为企业边界、企业行为、企业结构和企业绩效的成长．

| Abstract: | It discusses the logic relationship among knowledge transfer, dynamic capabilities and finn growth. Knowledge transfer enables the resources evolve to business process, routine, capability and core capability and capability evolve from absorptive capacity, transfer capability, integrative capability to innovation capability. Dynamic capabilities are the dynamic reason of latecomer finn growth, and knowledge transfer indirectly enables finn growth by dynamic capabilities. Finn growth includes the growth of boundary, behavior, structure and performance. |
